SELLING POLICIES:

Must-Read in order to avoid issues/disappointments.

1. ALWAYS read the auction description specially info pertaining to the size/packaging of the item. This will make you a happy buyer once you get your item. We are very transparent in our descriptions and pictures and welcome questions ALWAYS.
2. HASANM’s Auctions are managed by professionals where Customer Satisfaction and Value for Money is our top priority; hence pls. send us a message/email incase you have any issues.
3. We answer questions/emails only on Working Weekdays, Sunday-Thursday between 9am to 4pm, hence pls. be patient with your queries. We do not entertain personal calls. Pls. do not call us after u win an auction or you have an issue. Send us an EMAIL instead. Aramex pickups are done on Sunday, Tuesday &  Thursdays ONLY, hence pls. expect your orders accordingly.
4. For New Buyers, pls. contact Souq on their helpline number at the bottom of this webpage to assist you with shipping/payment procedures.
5. WANNA SAVE ON SHIPPING ??? Use the ADD TO CART option ! Hit the button for all items that u need and press checkout in the end. That way U get everything together and and save on shipping charges  This is applicable only to BUY NOW Auctions; For bidding auctions, you will HAVE to bid and activate the COD separately. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT SEND YOUR ITEMS TOGETHER *AFTER* YOU HAVE BID ON THEMOR BOUGHT THEM SEPARATELY.
6. We are not responsible for delivery times/delays if any. Once the item leaves us, it is at the disposal of Aramex. Therefore, neutral/negative feedbacks pertaining to delivery delays WILL be dealt with seriously.
7. If u require an item on a specific day, pls. activate COD at least 10-12days before in order to receive the shipment on time and avoid problems later on.
8. Once the Auction end, we require you to activate shipment within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in a NO SALE report to souq and a neutral/negative feedback for you.
9. Items are dispatched in EXACTLY the same condition as per item description and pictures, hence we do not accept returns. No exceptions unless there has been a human error from our side; in which case u will be issued with a replacement/refund.
10. Any issue/problems during/post receiving your item, pls. EMAIL US BEFORE u leave us a neutral/negative feedback since we do not take lightly to nasty feedbacks. We believe every problem has a solution, hence your issue WILL be resolved if you email us.
11. We do not allow Pickups in Person; No exceptions pls.
12. all our auctions are priced at unreasonably low rates than the market; hence no price haggering. Such requests will not be entertained.
13. All Cosmetic, Skincare items on HASANM’s Auctions are 100% Genuine since we do not believe in supplying fake/sub-quality items to our customers.
14. We do not test/try our products, hence the quality/effect of a product is only as good as its brand. We can only promise to supply you with a shade of lipstick in pristine condition at a particular price, we cannot guarantee if it will look good on you or suit your complexion/skin type!
15. We receive our stock from several countries in the International market and not within the UAE; hence several items that you see on our auctions might have different packaging than the local available items; that in NO WAY means that the product is of a different quality and/or non-authentic.
16. We supply in bulk to various entities in/outside the UAE; hence bulk queries are welcome.
