Please buy with confidence-we guarantee authenticity and quality of everything we sell. We carefully prepare and pack our goods. So please note that we will not be responsible for any damages incur during transit, this is way beyond our control. Item is on a NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE POLICY.

If you are not happy with your purchase, let us know within 3 days the item has been received by the buyer and we will cross check from our supplier about the product. Note that PHOTOS of each item during dispatched is available and will be checked by our wholesaler & supplier against the item you have returned and see the authenticity of your claim to make it right.

If indeed your claim is right, return & exchange of the SAME ITEM or ITEM OF SIMILAR AMOUNT will be accommodated. Please note that delivery/pick-up of the item to be replaced including courier charges will be arranged by the buyer.

If after 3 days has lapsed from the day ARAMEX has delivered the item you have received, automatically the seller will not be answerable for any claims. If further insist, seller will provide an immediate negative feedback and report to souq for non-abiding nuisance buyers.
